Mito Plum Blossom Festival begins

Visitors stroll through Kairakuen, known as one of the three greatest gardens in Japan, in Mito, Ibaraki Prefecture, on Feb. 18, 2017, at the beginning of the annual Mito Plum Blossom Festival scheduled to run through March 31.
