Gov't, TEPCO found liable for Fukushima nuclear disaster for 1st time
Lawyers for plaintiffs hold banners on March 17, 2017, in front of the Maebashi District Court, north of Tokyo, after it ruled negligence by the central government and plant operator Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings Inc. contributed to the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant disaster in March 2011.
