New nursing care college opens in Morioka

Newly launched Iwate University of Health and Medical Sciences in Morioka in the northeastern Japan prefecture of Iwate holds an entrance ceremony on April 7, 2017, with Shion Minamihaba, one of the 78 students in its initial enrolment, making a speech.
