Russia vetoes U.N. resolution on alleged Syria chemical attack
Russian Deputy U.N. Ambassador Vladimir Safronkov vetoes a Western-led U.N. Security Council resolution that condemns the alleged use of chemical weapons by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's regime at the U.N. headquarters in New York on April 12, 2017.
