Stone wall blocks with depictions of women put on public display
Stone blocks (front) from a 7th to 8th century wall bearing depictions of women are put on public display in the western Japan village of Asuka on May 13, 2017. The stone blocks was removed from the ancient Takamatsuzuka tomb for external repairs and preservation to protect it from mold. (Kyodo)
