Japan-India nuclear cooperation pact clears Diet despite opposition
Japan's parliament approves a civilian nuclear cooperation treaty with India in Tokyo on June 7, 2017, after it was passed by the ruling coalition's majority in the House of Councilors following clearance in the House of Representatives.
