Japan, EU leaders set to strike free trade deal
Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida speaks to reporters in Brussels on July 5, 2017, after talks with EU Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmstrom. Kishida said the leaders of Japan and the European Union will reach a broad agreement on a free trade deal the following day after the two sides resolved differences over tariffs on sensitive areas such as Japanese automobiles and European wine and cheese.
