Defense chief Inada to resign over troop data coverup claims
Defense Minister Tomomi Inada gets into a car as she leaves the Defense Ministry in Tokyo on July 27, 2017, following reports that she will step down over allegations of a coverup involving logs on the daily activities of Japanese ground troops serving as U.N. peacekeepers in South Sudan.
