New defense chief Onodera vows to get scandal-hit ministry on track
Japan's new Defense Minister Itsunori Onodera speaks at a news conference at the prime minister's office in Tokyo on Aug. 3, 2017, after Prime Minister Shinzo Abe reshuffled his Cabinet earlier in the day.
