N. Korean missile launch stokes unease, anger among Japanese public
A station staff member hands out a train delay certificate -- a document issued by a railway company -- to a passenger at JR Sendai Station in northern Japan on Sept. 15, 2017, as train services were delayed after North Korea fired another ballistic missile over Hokkaido earlier the same day, following the Aug. 29 launch.
