Abe eyes snap election in Oct., conveys plan to coalition lawmaker
Prime Minister Shinzo Abe speaks in a gathering in Tokyo on Sept. 17, 2017, organized by members of a group representing the families and supporters of Japanese nationals abducted by North Korean agents in the 1970s and 1980s.
