General Assembly committee charged with tackling disarmament and international security issues, and Sueichi Kido (R), secretary general of the Japan Confederation of A-and H-bomb Sufferers Organizations, Izumi Nakamitsu, the U.N. high representative for disarmament affairs, join hands in New York on Oct. 5, 2017.
