Japanese publisher flooded with new orders for Ishiguro's novels
A special section dedicated to British novelist Kazuo Ishiguro's works is set up at a bookstore in Tokyo on Oct. 6, 2017, a day after he was awarded this year's Nobel Prize in literature. Hayakawa Publishing Corp., the exclusive publisher of the Japanese translations of Ishiguro's books, has announced an additional 225,000-copy run of his eight works to meet a flood of new orders.
