Vet school at center of Abe favoritism scandal obtains final approval
Education minister Yoshimasa Hayashi speaks at a news conference in Tokyo on Nov. 14, 2017 about a plan to open a new veterinary school at the center of favoritism allegations leveled at Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
