No prosecution over Christchurch building collapse: NZ police
Kuniaki Kawahata, principal of a foreign language school in central Japan's Toyama, reads a document from the New Zealand authorities on Nov. 30, 2017. Kawahata, who lost his daughter and 12 of the school's students in the collapse of a building in Christchurch during a 2011 earthquake, said he cannot accept the New Zealand police's conclusion not to pursue a criminal prosecution in relation to the collapse.
