Train wire problems affect 220,000 passengers in Japan
People are forced to get off a train stopped in Yokohama after overhead wire problems on the JR Keihin Tohoku line on Dec. 16, 2017. The problem caused major train delays, affecting an estimated 220,000 passengers, mainly in the Tokyo-Yokohama area. (Kyodo)
