Japanese dance festival in Bangkok
A traditional Japanese dance festival is held in Bangkok on Dec. 16, 2017, with "Koya-kun," a mascot for Japan's Mt. Koya in Wakayama Prefecture, dancing with local people. About 10,000 people enjoyed the event, sponsored by local Japanese residents to mark the 130th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Thailand. (Kyodo)
