"Heisei" clear folders
Photo shows clear folders sold by the National Archives of Japan printed with a replica of the calligraphy of Japan's current era name "Heisei." The calligraphy was used in 1989 when then-Chief Cabinet Secretary Keizo Obuchi unveiled the new era name following the death of Emperor Hirohito, posthumously known as Emperor Showa according to the era name of his time.
