4 yrs after Mt. Ontake eruption
Officials of Kiso, a town in Nagano Prefecture, remove signs restricting entry to a path to the summit of Mt. Ontake in central Japan on Sept. 26, 2018. Families of people killed in the 2014 eruption hiked up the volcano the same day, a day before the fourth anniversary of Japan's deadliest postwar volcanic disaster, which claimed 58 lives and left five other people unaccounted for.
