Putin's ID card issued by Stasi secret police found in Germany
Photo taken Dec. 11, 2018, shows a copy of German newspaper Bild reporting on the discovery of an ID card (upper R) issued by East Germany's Stasi secret police in the 1980s for then Russian KGB agent Vladimir Putin.
