Wartime shelter by Imperial Japanese Army
Photo taken on March 18, 2020, in Tokyo shows an underground shelter used by the Imperial Japanese Army during World War II to formulate strategies. Built between 1941 and 1942, 15 meters below the army's headquarters building, the shelter that housed an office for the army minister and a communications room was shown to media the same day.
