Kim Il Sung boulevard in Phnom Penh
Photo taken in Phnom Penh on March 16, 2020, shows a monument on Kim Il Sung boulevard, named after North Korea's founder. Cambodia has begun reviewing its traditionally friendly ties with Pyongyang while strictly implementing measures stipulated under U.N. sanctions against the country, apparently to better portray itself as a rule-based country in the wake of its economic development following the end of a civil war in the early 1990s.
