Japan PM Abe to step down
File photo taken in June 2014 shows Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe (R) posing for a photo with the parents of Megumi Yokota who was abducted by North Korea in 1977 at age 13 at a photo exhibition featuring their daughter in Tokyo. Abe will step down from his post due to health concerns, a source from his Liberal Democratic Party said on Aug. 28, 2020.
