Thai police's Hello Kitty armband

Photo taken in Bangkok on Aug. 7, 2007, shows a bright pink armband with a Hello Kitty motif that Thai police prepared for officers to wear when they break rules. But the armband, designed to shame the wearer to help build discipline, was scrapped before one was ever given to an officer, possibly to avoid copyright issues.
