Typhoon-hit northeastern Japan train line resumes fully

A ceremony marking full resumption of Abukuma Kyuko line in northeastern Japan is held at Marumori station in Miyagi Prefecture, on Oct. 31, 2020. A train (seen in the picture) departed the station later in the day, fully resuming the 54.9 kilometer line linking Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures after a massive typhoon hit the area in October 2019.
