Japan to rethink travel subsidy amid virus resurgence
Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga enters his office in Tokyo on Nov. 21, 2020 to attend a meeting of the anti-coronavirus government task force. Following record numbers of virus cases nationwide and calls from health experts to halt the "Go To Travel" campaign, the panel may propose putting certain limits on the program aimed at supporting the virus-hit domestic tourism sector.
