Rachel Sklenickova, OrCam MyEye 2

The Czech Technical University (CVUT) in Prague, Czech Republic, newly provides a device developed in Israel using artificial intelligence to aid visually impaired students, with Israeli ambassador Daniel Meron officially gifting one of the devices to musician Rachel Sklenickova, pictured, on February 4, 2020. The finger-sized OrCam MyEye 2 device converts visual information into voice output. It does not need any external processing capacity and is wireless, capable of reading text from any surface as well as recognising faces, colours, bank notes and products.
