      The big bell of Chion-in Temple is seen from the west side of the bell tower. Men and women in kimono are looking at the bell over the iron fence. Also called Yoshimizu's Bell, this is the largest bronze bell in Japan and was cast at Sanjo-Kamanza foundry in 1636. It is 5.4m high, 2.7m in diameter, 29cm thick, and weighs 7.5 tons.           The Okusha (inner shrine) at Nikko Toshogu contains the tomb of Tokugawa Ieyasu. Above the stone steps is Inuki Gate, behind which the pagoda containing the tomb is visible. Inukimon (Cast Gate) is thus named because its pillars and beams were cast from one mold.
