Exhibition on Hiroshima and Nagasaki to begin in Sydney

Photo taken on May 20, 2021, shows a paper crane made by U.S. President Barack Obama during his historic visit to Hiroshima in May 2016, on display in a war and peace exhibition at the Australian National Maritime Museum in Sydney that is set to begin the following day to highlight the tragedy of the atomic bomb-hit Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The exhibition through Aug. 29, titled "War and Peace: The atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki," will display belongings left by the victims, photographic panels and other materials related to the U.S. bombings of the two Japanese cities.
