Intruder disrupts Japan soccer match in China

ZIBO, China - A man believed to be Chinese (R, top) runs away after snatching a Japanese flag during the time for national anthems prior to an Asia under-19 soccer championship match between Japan and the United Arab Emirates in Zibo, Shandong Province, on Oct. 4, 2010. The man, who was immediately held down after coming from the bleachers, took the action at a time when anti-Japan sentiment has spread in China amid a heightened territorial row over sovereignty of the Senkaku Islands, called the Diaoyu Islands in China, in the East China Sea.
