Nobel Peace Prize ceremony being prepared without recipient
OSLO, Norway - Geir Lundestad, the secretary of the Norwegian Nobel Committee and director of the Norwegian Nobel Institute, speaks about this year's Nobel Peace Prize ceremony during an interview in Oslo on Nov. 16, 2010.
