Japan, S. Korea to hold regular economic planning meetings
SEOUL, South Korea - Japanese national policy minister Motohisa Furukawa (L) and South Korean Strategy and Finance Minister Bahk Jae Wan shake hands before their meeting in Seoul on Nov. 27, 2011.
