Japan upper house chief dies

TOKYO, Japan - Lawmakers put their hands together to bid farewell to the late House of Councillors President Takeo Nishioka as a limousine carrying his body leaves the Diet compound in Tokyo on Nov. 5, 2011. The vehicle drove around the premises for about 10 minutes with the body of the parliament leader who died of pneumonia at the age 75 at a Tokyo hospital earlier in the day. (Kyodo)
