People moving into three-story temporary housing complex
ONAGAWA, Japan - People affected by the March 11 earthquake and tsunami start moving into a newly built three-story temporary housing complex in the town of Onagawa, Miyagi Prefecture, on Nov. 6, 2011. The six complexes with 144 units are the first three-story buildings for people affected by the disaster. (Kyodo)
