Mayoral race in Nago kicks off with Futemma relocation key issue

NAHA, Japan - Incumbent Nago Mayor Yoshikazu Shimabukuro delivers a speech during a rally in Nago, Okinawa Prefecture, on Jan. 17, 2010, as the mayoral election campaign kicked off the same day, with the relocation of the U.S. Marine Corps' Futemma Air Station to Nago the top issue.
