Seibu dept. store's Yurakucho outlet closes

TOKYO, Japan - Officials and employees bow to customers as the Seibu Yurakucho department store in Tokyo closes on Dec. 25, 2010. The store, once a flagship outlet of the former Saison retail group, closed after 26 years as its business has faltered in the face of stiff competition from luxury and casual fashion brands in the country's prime shopping district.
