U.S. Air Force employee admits to charge in Okinawa case
NAHA, Japan - Rufus James Ramsey III, a civilian employee of the U.S. Air Force in Okinawa Prefecture, leaves the Naha District Court in the prefecture on Jan. 23, 2012. Ramsey, who has been indicted over a fatal vehicle collision in January 2011 in the first application of newly agreed arrangements over personnel at U.S. bases, admitted to the charge at his first trial session that day.
