Commemorating war dead on Iwoto Island

TOKYO, Japan - Kin of soldiers who perished in World War II look down at the landscape of Iwoto Island from Mt. Suribachi on Jan. 25, 2012. About 50 people attended an annual ceremony held the same day by the Tokyo metropolitan government on the island to commemorate the war dead.
