Ex-Incubator Bank chief Kimura released
TOKYO, Japan - Takeshi Kimura (C), former chairman of the failed Incubator Bank of Japan, is released on 10 million yen bail from the Kojimachi police station in Tokyo on Dec. 8, 2010, where he had been detained. His release came nearly five months after his arrest for allegedly obstructing the government's audit of the bank. (Kyodo)
