Japan's nuclear stress tests consistent with IAEA standards
TOKYO, Japan - James Lyons (L), nuclear installation safety director of the International Atomic Energy Agency's Nuclear Installation Safety Division, hands a report to Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency Director General Hiroyuki Fukano (R) in Tokyo on Jan. 31, 2012. The report by an IAEA fact-finding team led by Lyons says Japan's nuclear safety tests are generally consistent with IAEA safety standards.
