Matsusaka mayor to file suit against Cabinet decision on security

NAGOYA, Japan - Photo taken in around 2009 shows Mitsushige Yamanaka, mayor of the city of Matsusaka in the central Japan prefecture of Mie. The 38-year-old mayor said on July 3, 2014, he is going to file a lawsuit, arguing the Cabinet decision to allow Japan to exercise the right to collective self-defense is unconstitutional. (Kyodo)
