2 scrolls of "Choju-giga" painting unveiled to press
OSAKA, Japan - Part of a scroll of "Choju-jinbutsu-giga" (Scrolls of Frolicking Animals and Humans) believed to have been created sometime between the 12th and 13th centuries is seen in this photo taken at the Kyoto National Museum in Kyoto, western Japan, on July 7, 2014. All four scrolls will be exhibited from Oct. 7 to Nov. 24 to commemorate the completion of restoration work. (Kyodo)
