OITA, Japan - A fish and chips dish using dried shiitake mushroom sauce made by Shintaro Awa, a Japanese chef of a 3-star restaurant in France, is served at a tasting event in Oita City, southwestern Japan, on July 22, 2014. The event was organized by the Japan External Trade Organization to promote dried shiitake mushroom from Oita Prefecture targeting the European market. (Kyodo)
