Nat'l high school manga crown won by Saitama school
KOCHI, Japan - A cartoon depicting children sitting on priority seats on trains and striking poses similar to the signs above them for those eligible for the seats, drawn by a team of students from OhmiyaMinami Senior High School in Saitama Prefecture, north of Tokyo, wins the 23rd National High School Manga Championship of Japan, held under the theme of "stretched interpretation," in Kochi, western Japan, on Aug. 3, 2014.
