KUSHIRO, Japan - Kazuaki Ida of the Rausu Fisheries Cooperative Association explains the attractiveness of local "kombu" sea tangle in Rausu Town on the Shiretoko Peninsula in Japan's northernmost prefecture of Hokkaido on Aug. 13, 2014.
