OKAYAMA, Japan - A researcher at Hayashibara Co., a Japanese biochemical firm in Okayama, western Japan, cultures an enzyme that dissolves polyvinyl alcohol, an adhesive used for restoration of cultural properties, in this file photo of May 29, 2014.
