COLOMBO, Sri Lanka - Sri Lankan lawyer Radhika Coomaraswamy, a former U.N. researcher who compiled a report that urged Japan to apologize and pay compensation over the so-called "comfort women" issue, speaks during an interview in Colombo on Sept. 2, 2014.
