Demolition of Fukushima nuke reactor cover to begin

TOKYO, Japan - The cover of a building that houses the crippled No. 1 nuclear reactor at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant of Tokyo Electric Power Co., shown in this file photo taken in March 2012, is to be demolished from Oct. 22, 2014, in the first step toward complete removal of the rubble there, a process requiring nearly three years.
