Iraqi injured by U.S. raid thanks Japan for surgery donations
TOKYO, Japan - Mustafa Emad, an Iraqi youth severely injured as an 8-year-old boy during U.S. bombing in 2003, thanks Japanese people during a visit to Tokyo on Oct. 31, 2014, for their donations that enabled him to undergo operations in neighboring Jordan and avoid amputation. (Kyodo)
