Shiseido finds new way to lure foreign shoppers
TOKYO, Japan - Japanese cosmetics giant Shiseido Co. begins equipping some of its stores with iPad tablets to introduce products in English, Chinese and Thai in October 2014, such as this one in Tokyo, in a move to attract more foreign customers in anticipation of increased demand following the addition of cosmetics to an expanded tax-free list as of Oct. 1.
